PC FIFA losing focus in every single online game. Refund please

Ever since the scheduled maintenance FIFA on pc disconnects losing focus. The game isnt playable online anymore. Can I just get my money back so I dont have to play this this utter garbage anymore. Im not simply going to uninstall and donate my money to ea. the game is an utter joke. 

And before anyone says disable notifications etc Ive done it all and now have about as 15 game losing streak from division 2 to 5 just trying to troubleshoot this crap, it started on the 23rd happening in every single game.

 

Can someone from EA tell me where I can complain for a refund, there are no support emails apart from ones that say you're currently offline

Never had a problem losing window focus until maybe a few days ago ? 4/20/2020 

 

Now,... sitting in the TITLESCREEN of fifa, on the main menu, if i leave the game long enough, it will randomly goto desktop.   This has happened the past 2 or 3 days.  Latest update is either borked or maybe the latest NVIDIA card update?  I am not sure but its obvious that something is not right.  Same thing happens to my buddy who also has a FIFA 20 on PC and here we are with a 3rd person who wrote the above post...
