@EA_Cade I appreciate your quick reply however allow me to say this: I’ve been checking the #fifa20 on twitter every single day for the past 3 weeks, and everyday it is filled with people reporting constant network errors and not being able to play.
So if you ask me, I do believe that many people are having this issue, it is just that most of them have given up on reporting it here because solutions are never provided. I’ve wasted 3 hours yesterday that I won’t get back doing those games and challenges, and many more hours prior to that. I think people have just had enough with the countless issues on this game and won’t report here because they know it’s useless and won’t solve their issue or what they are complaining about.

Not showing any issues at the moment on our side. I would suggest taking a look at our Connection troubleshooting steps which you can find here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/connection-troubleshooting-basic/

If those steps don't resolve the issue please run the UO trace in these steps http://bit.ly/EA_UOTrace under "Test Your Connection" and post the results so we can determine the cause of the connection problem.
