[PC] Controls mess up after controller disconnects

Hey guys I play fifa20 on pc using a ps4 Controller. I use ds4Windows. The problem is sometimes my controller just disconnects and when i plug it back the controlls are messed up. Y axis is inverted, sprint is on Triangle button, things like that. Has anyone found a solution for that?
