At the begining, I'm from Poland (sorry for not best english) xD

My problem is FPS in PC FIFA 20 after last update.

Every fifa from 12 has the same problem but this year is particularly annoying. FPS drops in menu, cutscenes and more weird places. 

My PC specs is Ryzen 2600, 16GB RAM, RX580 8GB and 1440p 75hz Display..

I try many of solutions but now, all of them don't work. 

Change DX12 to 11 - YES

SET 75 FPS lock in driver settings - YES

SET Enhanced VSYNC in driver settings - YES

UNLOCKED FPS in game launcher - YES

LATEST GPU Drivers - YES

Textures firtering in driver settings (Performance) - YES

And the game still stuttering and working at low FPS. I only once played with 75 FPS but when I pressed ALT + TAB and I came back to the game there were already 45FPS.
