My account was suspended and the email said I have used a team name that I have never used on my account before. Want to know why I have been suspended for something I haven’t done

Thanks I have sent a case in. Do you have any idea how long they typically take to answer? as I’d like to be able to play weekend league this weekend and need to redeem my points before tomorrow.
