EA Support is useless - How to get issue fixed?

Can anyone tell me how I can speak to someone who is competent in EA support please? Spoken with the chat support twice for over 3 hours and am now getting fobbed off with no resolution.

I cant access FUT or VOLTA but can play online seasons etc

This has only happened since switching from the EA access version to the full paid for version
