Can`t login

Hi, I have a problem from Thursday I am waiting for the verification code to log in to origin and it does not come I was looking at spam folders etc. but there is nothing I have to do to log in it seems to be the fault of my mail or can I change the email somehow? I have a second account with gmail email and there the code for the second account came straight away
