I have tried downloading the latest update version 1.10 and it seems not to work. Can't connect to EA server as well. Please advice on how to resolve this issue

Hi @Berejay,

Strange, can you try these steps http://bit.ly/PS4Safe_Mode and select Rebuild Database and let me know if this persists?

The issue is not the system update, but the fifa20 version 1.19 update. I have tried several times to download it, but it keeps giving an error message "Cannot download". I can't access any online features of the game if I don't update it, and this is messed up
