FIFA20 CONEECTION PROBLEM

I have connection problem to FIFA20. It shows fail to load and I can't connect to my ultimate game and cannot click anything but cancel. There is screenshot of my issue of FIFA20.

Try deleting the Personal Settings file from Customize > Profile > Delete. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!
