I probably played around 60 games with squads I didn't want to play with (at least 9 players from Serie A, Bundesliga, La Liga, Premier League, all who had to be from player packs. Then Les Bleus, which was 11 French players in your tem). However, I used those squads and lost many games, just to try to acquire the Icon Swaps 2 cards so I could exchange them for Icon Players. However, in the last week, all those objectives have disappeared! I continued playing with the current squad to get a 6th Icon Swaps 2 card despite not knowing FIFA had closed those objectives and made new ones for Icon Swaps 3. I would have used my Icon Swaps 2 cards on time. However, unlike the Squad Building Challenge deadlines, which are clearly labelled in that section when you go on them / highlight them, as you can see from my screenshots, there is no clearly labelled deadline in the FUT Central section (it only lists the deadline for the featured objective in this section); there’s no clearly labelled deadline in the season objectives section when you highlight Icons Swaps Online I and Icon Swaps Online II either! I’ve spent so many hours using squads I didn’t want to use just to get those Icons Swaps 2 rewards and I feel hard done by in not being able to clearly see when the season objectives change. I had to post on the FUT20 Facebook group to ask how I to find the deadline in the future. I see it in the top right of the screen in season objectives section. But it’s still not very clear and easily missed since the information isn’t always there and rotates with other text. Can I use my Icon Swaps 2 cards I have / if not can you reward my account with the equivalent of them? Like an Icon Card they could have bought or coins of the amount to what I could have sold a player with those cards for? Something like this. Otherwise I’ve had 60 games worth of hours wasted!

Only the squad battle ones because they dont require first owned players. It's such a bad player experience when you waste people's time this much. Please can you find out what you can do about helping compensate me with something for my Icon Swaps 2 players. I have 5 and now can't use them to redeem Icon Players or coins.

• I have consulted with my team and I can see that FIFA 20 is totally an automated game and the in game mechanism which is totally programmed in this way that we cannot make any of the manual changes in the game such as wins, losses, objectives and the in game currencies. We don't get any option to revert the changes done in the game.

Yet they've failed to do so. Very clearly, I've shown that knowing where the deadline is, is impossible for new players to this mode! I didn't do the early season objectives in FIFA 20 and that's why when doing so now, I wasn't sure when the deadline was! It's not clear at all! We're going around in circles here!
