Are gameplan tactics influencing team chemistry when used during the match?
Hi All,
This is my first season as a FUT player, and have not played FIFA 19. To learn the game I follow some YouTubers. When they start a match the team and individual chemistry are 100 and 10. When the game start they change the formation with gameplans. It seems to work fine for them. They can place CM Ronaldo from a 4-3-3 to 4-2-2-2 right CAM. When I try the same my team feels slow and the players are reacting worse than when I keep my starting formation. What is the hidden mechanic behind the gameplan changes?
