I get lots of lag or delay in my game

Both ps plus accounts on my PS4 get lots of lag and delay in online games the WiFi works perfectly for other games and my phone but as soon as I play online in fifa I get delay and lag. This has happened for a long time, sometimes it stops but other days it is impossible to play with . Use need to fix it

Hi @doyler28,

Speed up lag is a packet loss issue, it's caused by the game attempting to send data to us or your opponent and not being able to get through. You can resolve this 90% of the time by DMZing the console in your router or by playing on an ethernet cable instead of WiFi.
