Hi Guys,

I am contacting you regarding an unusual issue. I have opened a pack and then the game crashed ( blue screen on PS4). After I logged back into the game, the content of the pack was missing, but the pack was available again in my inventory. I have opened the pack again, and the pack had a different content.

I cannot understand how is that possible, as if there was an issue of sync with the ea servers, the pack should have the same content? Because the pack has an ID number which contain some items ID numbers as well.

Could anyone help on this?

Also, I want to mention that I have reported it to the ea, the case number is 54423997.
