Anyone know who I can talk to about this? I spoke to EA customer live chat and they told me to post here.

I was away on work when they released the Flashback Iniesta, luckily I got back about 1pm on friday to start grinding for him, I managed to get all the objectives done. Played my final squad battle match with 15 minutes remaining.  Completed it, go back in to the menus to get him, I was about 2 minutes over couldn't claim the East to West objective reward or the group reward of the Spanish weasel, Andres Iniesta flashback card.

I grinded a considerable amount of time for this card and been told, "yh unlucky m8" by customer support.

Is there anyone, specifically within the Fifa team that can help me resolve this rather than standard EA support?
