wrong email login verification

I have gone onto FIFA 20 on my PS4 for it to ask me to perform a login verification to an email that is not mine and not the one linked to my PSN account instead it is to a disposable @rcpt.at email address? What steps should I follow as I cannot see it as linked to any of my email adresses?
