Im on ps4 and the same thing , when it comes to connect, (is connecting to ea server ...) its freeze and I can’t even cancel i have to close the game 

when i open it and try again the same thing happening 

plz help

When does this happen? Is it when you first start the game up and are trying to load the title screen?
