Hi I'm doing the bartra objective and it's not counting when I do the objective

I did the spainish scorer which adama traore in rivals and says I havent done one

I did the cheeky chip.and forward freedom with messi and that hasn't counted 

Tried to get help.on fifa help chat and they weren't helpful and just told me to do it again which I shouldn't have to waste my time even more 

So how can I speak to someone to get these changed and get them to be changed to completed
