Bought fifa 20 ultimate edition and havent receive my packs or any content with

I came to realise that I bought the ultimate edition pack for 89.99. Unfortunately I never received my packs or any content as promised. I forgot all about it but during this quarantine I did some research and notice it now. Can anyone from the EA team help me out.

Hi @rvnbeni18,

I'm showing that you opened them each week between 9/23 and 12/09. They went out at the same time as weekly packs from Squad Battles if that helps jog your memory.
