If you get this message, it’s because EA block accounts that break rules from using the Transfer Market on Web and Companion Apps. EA do this to give a fair experience to all players. You can still use the Transfer Market from your PC, PlayStation 4, or Xbox One.
EA also sent you an email with more information to the email address that’s tied to your EA Account.
