Drag back not working with custom controls

For us that switched R1 with R2 buttons, so we can sprint on R1, drag back move is not working when pressing R2. Same situation was for FIF 19 - https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues/r1-for-sprint-drag-back-not-working/td-p/7084947 .

 

Is there any fix for this?

@EA_Cade Thanks for fast reply, just to add I'm playing on PC, so I'm not sure if same problem is present on PS4 and Xbox, but I guess it is
