Hi could someone please explain why ea have said my game is running fine and sound mg connection is perfect but still have to do a 100 step trouble shooting steps to fix the game but didn't say what it fixes 1 is to delete my gamertag restart my xbox 4 different times the list goes on now if my game is running sound x box live said my system and connection is fine first what's cause all my players to be slowed down all rebounds back to the opposite team can't pass shoot or tackle player shutter back jump away from the ball fall over when going to shoot and if you do get a shot away there's no power on the replay the pass indicator is pointing at my player up the pitch but the pass goes backwards to the opposite team how I'm saving it's post and will appeal a ban as this is ea answer's and ea contact pointed me on here to ask about these issues to show this 100 steps will fix the game again never said what was been fixed thanks
