Was 2 wins into a draft when servers went down, spent 15k and no rewards
Was playing a draft Wednesday night when the servers went down, couldn’t get on FUT until last night when a ea specialist reset my account, then I was told I can apply for a draft token and will definitely get one, but it says I don’t qualify for one. Now the next person I spoke to said there’s nothing he can do and all I can do is post it on these forums. Is there anything I can do to either get my rewards for 2 wins or my 15k back? Thank you
