Fifa unable to retrieve account information
Hello! I have been facing a problem in fifa 20 and that is its showing "Unable to retrieve account information. Please try again" and probably for this reason i am not being able to play online... Please fix the issue asap! I have also attached a screenshot of the problem for further assist

@EA_Cade I’ve done this over a week ago. And a colleague sent direct very code. Asked for it and don’t now what’s next. Or how long it’s going to take...I don’t understand this half support EA support

at help.ea they cant help either! its a JOKE! banned for no reason (the reason is i was playing against cheaters which disconnected me right after kickoff in draft), missing the weekend league on a rare free weekend now, thanks for nothing
oh wait, i got an automatic email response two hours ago after over two days within submitting the contact form! thats customer service!!!
