hi, it happened 4 times in a row day after day.

i completed the 3 daily objectives, claimed my reward, got the XP but didn't get the "1 rare player pack" reward.

this happened 4 times as i said, 

i was able to contact the EA.help  each time and after a long discussion (an hour each time)

they granted me the "1 rare player pack"

BUT....... the next day it happened again.

something is clearly wrong here

i cannot be expected to go to support and waste an hour every day just to get what should be simple enough: getting the reward for completing an objective.

in these 4 days, i only completed the daily objective, so i don't know , maybe other objectives are faulty too

but something needs to be done about it
