EA Please help - My FUT account was hacked
My FUT account was hacked a few months ago, I called about it, the lady who helped me was very nice and made it seem like everything was fixed. But it was fixed to no avail. My coins are all gone, my team was sold and I can't access the transfer market anymore.
On the phone, we had found that it was hacked from some guy in Ukraine. I just want my transfer market back open so I can play again.
Thank you.

Hi @alettonick,
If you're missing content, this will need to be reported to our support agents. Please reopen your case and share with the agents what content your missing.
It's not clear if your account was re-secured with the support team while you were on the call. If it wasn't please open the spoiler tag to expand some steps you an take right now to update and maximize your EA account security.
- Update your EA login information and add some security measures to your EA account:
- Reset your password
- Ensure you have Login verification/Two-factor authentication set-up and
- Put tough security questions in place. Questions that only you will remember the answer to.
Please use these EA Help articles to update and manage your details and security options: "How to update your EA Account information", and "How to help manage your account security and safety".
- Update the login information and update the security on any connected accounts: This step is also important to do as there are other accounts connected to your EA account. You will want to make sure they are also protected and aren't an avenue to compromise your EA account in future. Examples of connected accounts are your registered email address, Xbox, PSN or Nintendo. Check in and update the security features you have in place on those accounts to ensure all is up to date and protected. If you're not sure how to secure these accounts, please get in touch with their support team as they can guide you through that process for their service.
Once you've made those changes, please keep these best practice tips in mind for protecting your EA account details and renewed security measures:
- Log out of any devices you share with others once you're finished or if you are leaving your own device unattended for any length of time.
- Please make sure to not to share your account information or security details with others.
- Never reveal your account password. Our support team will never ask you to share that information with us.
- Only enter your EA account details into official EA websites.
- Be aware of fake give-aways surveys or support teams. On social Media official EA accounts will be marked with a ✔️ by their name so look out for those ticks. If unsure, you can always ask us here on Answers HQ, on help.ea.com or by reaching out to our EA Help Twitter Support team.
Thanks,
- EA_Lanna
