Account banned for no reason

Hi,

 

On 5 June I received email from EA said that my account is banned due to violating their terms and condition (using modified client).

 

FYI, I've never using any modified client and I have no malware on my PC (just in case someone asking).

 

I've contacted the EA support (open ticket) on 19 June but until now no EA Advisor has contacted me regarding my issue. Please help.

@MadRedPirahna Hi. I have create ticket and the status is still In Progress and this already over 72 hours. I guess I should wait forever.

Hi @akasop 

If you have already been through the Account Disputes team, and they have declined your requests, then there is no other channel that you can dispute through.

 

At this point it seems that your account will permanently remain in this state.
