When trying to download FIFA 20 on my PS4, I'm facing an error CE-36244-9. i.e. Download Error - Data Corrupt, Unable to Download

I tried deleting the file, restarting download (tried at least 4 times) and restarting the PS4 for at least 2 of the times before resuming/restarting download.

Tried rebuilding database on console through 'Safe Mode Boot'

Tried switching from automatic to manual network settings (using Google Public DNS) , was able to resume and download about 1.5 GB more data before I encountered the problem again.

Tried switching back to automatic network settings post this but to no avail. Again switched back to manual network settings but download never resumes.

BTW I was receiving the same error about a month back when I was trying to download APEX LEGENDS. 

I tried all above steps back then as well. Had also initialized the PS4 back then but to no avail.

Eventually when I gave it a couple of days, the error was rectified by itself and I was able to download the game.

Seems some issue with EA for sure as I'm able to download all other games and updates.

Please guide.
