Fifa 20 case #61200148
My name is Mohd Aiman and I have had a problem of getting hacked and loosing my whole first squad. It takes alot ot time to reach the levels and get the players from packs and stuff. So when I went to Ea,s agent he told me that he has escalated the case to a "SPECIALIST" team. It has been almost 3 days since I reported and still no answer. I just want to know if they are even working on the case because it does show that it is an ongoing case but they never give anyupdates loke how far is it drom getting solved. I just really wanna know if you guys would even solve it because otherwise I would not have false hope. EA PLEASE REPLY TO THIS.
