Companion login issue

I’m on a road trip and crafting 81+ packs  while everyone is passed out. App kept crashing so I uninstalled and reinstalled. I forgot my password and reset it. Now every time I try to log in it gives me this message. Seems like it wants me to verify but at the same time can’t connect? What do I do?

I can get into my EA account on the browse and using iPhone.
