No more live chat for EA
What is going on?
i bought fifa a week ago and I found out that the email for my EA account has been changed, so I can’t play online. I’ve been contacting you guys for a week by email, but the only answer you give me is to go on the live chat , but there is no option for Live chat !!! the only option is to send another email!
why can’t you just give us a contact number ?

Hi, I have already done that.
and they told me that to fix the issue I have to go on live chat, but live chat isn’t working, I don’t even get the option to live chat, only to send another email, what do I do? Can’t you give me a phone number ?

To recover this account I'd like to ask you to do the following for me:
1. Go to http://help.ea.com/account-recovery/web-form
2. Fill in the requested information in the text fields.
3. Make sure the email you provide is one you have access to, we will be communicating with you here.
4. Click the Email Us option after you've filled out the form and an advisor will reach out to you with the next steps.
