Volta story crashed at end of story and didn't get legends

I finished the Volta Story and as the final cutsecene started my game crashed and closed itself.

When I went back onto the game, I got the trophies for finishing the story and collecting 5 legends.

When I checked my squad to see if I have them and they wasn't anywhere to be seen.

@Jessop1997 You need to press R2 when you go to substitutes. It says "Swap benches" at the bottom.
