Did not receive TOTSSF Ultimate pack from SBC

I submitted my SBC for the TOTSSF Ultimate pack on Saturday at around 240pm EST and did not receive a pack.  Mores I, I had the one rare player pack to open and it vanished as well.

 

I'm on XBOX One.  Any help would be appreciated.

EA Help has referred me here...  They said I was ineligible to receive the reward, but I never got a single pack.
