Hell guys, i am an italian guy who had some problems last WL.

The "funny" fact about this situation is that it wasn't just a my problem, but it was an error by EA about the new patch that compromitted the connection of WINDINFOSTRADA's users (an italian connection) and so everyone had windinfostrada couldn't play the WL, couldn't do any sbc and was kicked out from the server every 2 mins.

We all tried to contact EA assistence, but they in a first moment tried to blame us and our provider and after just said that now  it's all right, and noone says anything about refund us for the 2k points for the next WL (not a big request in my opionion).

My question is, also in this international ANSWER HQ the admins don't answer and blame the consumers for a problem caused by EA?
