Fifa 20 Not Receiving my Twitch Packs

I linked my fifa 20 account to my twitch account so I could receive the rewards for linking my account. I have not received the last 2 rewards which I was suppose to get. This is becoming very frustrating as I only got twitch so I could receive those packs to better my squad. This needs to get sorted out ASAP because a friend of mine is having the same issue. EA please help the community.
