This is my first year playing Fifa. I quit around December and came back recently and when i log in it says the "transfer market is unavailable please try again later" but everything else works on FUT. i called EA customer service and technical support team and even spoke to their "specialist team" who had "more resources" but just told me to hold L1 and R1 together when the game starts. multiple people told me i have no bans or sanctions on my account and admitted that its a glitch on EAs part and its been happening to some people. they tell me i have to just keep playing until they fix it but i want a time frame of when. this is unfair to the customer especially when they've spent real life money in the game to not even be able to buy fitness cards or contracts. i feel like the only route i can go is the BBB since the game right now is unplayable for me. can i get a timeframe of this being fixed???? or is this another way of telling people you don't care about another big issue.
