Online seasons squad changes by itself

Hi,

 

when playing online seasons with Piemonte Calcio I set up my formation, putting the exact same one for all game plans. But when I go to search an opponent and the match starts my formation changes:

players out:

Cuadrado-Costa-Danilo

players in:

Rabiot- Higuain- Desciglio.

 

i can’t fix this, any suggestions?
