I cant create a new account

I can’t create a new account on my PS4 everytime i tried they told me that i have so much accounts while i have only one account so i hope you could fix this i tried with two different emails and it didn’t work.

If you're seeing this message, it means your PS4 has reached the max number of FUT creations on it. We aren't able to add more. Did you happen to purchase a used console?
