ACCOUNT HACKED 2 WEEKS AGO. STILL NO REPLY FROM EA. PLEASE HELP.
My PSN, EA and GMAIL were all compromised about two weeks ago. I got my psn back after talking to sony and they verified my ownership and changed my email. Got my gmail back too after, which I then got my ea. Logged into fifa and my whole untradable team discarded and missing almost 7 million coins. Live chat said they saw the missing players and escalated it to the specialist team. Its been weeks and i’ve heard nothing. Im in live chat every day and they say wait. Ea help on Twitter is the same. 55182525 Is my case number. Ive played over a thousand games since access and im completely unable to play atm.

I understand what you mean, but you cant be taking 2 whole weeks to restore someone’s belongings; especially on game with an incredibly short cycle. My coins in depreciating in value every day. For a company thats making an stupid amount of money, they should be able to allocate funds in helping their loyal customers. Especially ones that have been playing FUT since launch.
