ULTIMATE TEAM CONNECTION PROBLEM

A friend want to play this week-end FUT Champions for me, cause im not at home.
The problem is that, when he connects successfully to the EA account, my team in ultimate team isnt here ! When he enters, hes at the beginning of the game, when u have to choose a country pack...
How can i fix that ?
