I can't connect at EA servers at nintendo switch.

At switch I have 2 accounts. First one is my son's that he is under 16 years old so normally I receive a message that I can't connect to EA servers because of some reasons (I know this happens because of he's age).

I logged in with my account. System is starting the proccess and is asking me for my mail and password to log in at EA servers. Although I'm putting corrctly my password it keeps noty logging me in as says that password is incorrect.

Is there any solution or something I have to do?

I buy the fifa20 and not connecting EA server my konzol Nintendo Switch there is online pass and not connecting why?
 
 
and I look server status Online PS4 and PC And XBOX.... NSW status?
