@namuj Same happened with me on Xbox one I put in a 90 rated team straight away when it first dropped and I got kimmich and didn’t get a message like other people I know that got kimmich or sancho

Steps: I did the guaranteed ultimate totssf sbc yesterday when there was an issue with the pack rate. Today i checked your twitter and saw that people who got affected by that bug get rewarded with another pack. I did not recieve that pack yet.
I got a pack with a wrong pack rate and did not get the other pack.
What should be happening instead? I should get a guaranteed ultimate totssf pack with a normal pack rate

Yeah me too, I did the Ultimate Totssf Guaranteed SBC before you fixed, got Sancho, and I have not received the second pack that you gave to those who were affected. Please help.
