I completed the last of the challenges right before the expiration of the event, scoring with Wolfsburg players in Squad Battles on World Class difficulty was the last challenge, and I completed the challenge in what must've been the last 5 mins of the event. I know for certain that I finished it. The card never appeared, but I know I should get the reward. I am owed the card. The only issue is that the evidence is apparently "archived" according to an EA tech support specialist, who kept me on the chat for an hour or more yesterday. I know for convenience that I should have contacted EA earlier, but I did not think I would use the card. Now I need this card to complete my squad, and I am hurt because it rightfully belongs to me.

This is unfair and there appear to be others here on the forum hurt by the same technical issue. The helpful EA rep, who intermediated conversation between the specialist and me, completely agreed that this is an issue and said contacting a developer on the forum is my best bet. Can I get any help?
