19.02.2020 SERVERS OUTAGE FIFA FUT DRAFT disconnect
As we all know 19.02.2020 around 16:00 uk time EA servers went down. I was finishing my last game in FUT single player draft which i won but at the end it kicked me out of ultimate team. After they booted the servers back up i logged in and i had no message about disconnecting or DNF so i thought that it simply not counted the last match and i can replay it but sadly that was not the truth. I got a loss in fut draft and could claim reward for 3 wins instead of full 4. So i went to EA help site and i tried to claim fut draft token. However i did not claimed my reward before that. It was not working so i claimed reward and tired again but again no luck so i decided to contact customer support the lady was very helpful she said that she updated the data on the server and that i should be able to clam the fut draft token after approximately 1 hour. I did not thanked her as i accidentally closed the tab with customer support as i was switching in between chrome tabs and i was not able to resume the conversation. So i tried after 1 hour .... nothing i tried after 1 and hlaf hour.... nothing... 2 hours... still not working so i decided to contact customer support again... This time i was much more calm and polite than first time despite that the adviser just closed the chat on me without answering my questions. I do understand that they are limited in what they can do but what is the point in that kind of support than? And as i purchasing fifa almost every year this was not my first issue with the game or with customer support but i was always able to resolve the problem somehow just this time it seems i cant. Its not such a big issue or deal but the point we spending money on this game i even purchased some fifa points this year few times and this is the care that i get back? I am very disappointed and again frustrated with fifa. I really like the game and enjoying the content WHEN everything works ok. It is frustrating because i cant do nothing with my issue at this point as the customer support cant help me? So who should i ask to resolve my problem? Also why is so hard to compensate players that got disconnected during that server outage? everyone just got extra loss after they booted up the servers ( took quite long ) no message no apology for technical issues no nothing just lost time and another customer.
