Can someone help ?

when I try to shoot near opponent goal my buttons completely messed up B = will not shoot, my RT will show tactical map and changes randomly to offensive tactics OR attackers drop back type ..etc...

I know the opponent have some script in their PC which do this but I have paid 5000 eur + on your all games and fifa points so COULD YOU HELP and resolve this?

How it is even possible that they can remotely changes MY OWN button settings ???

PS: STOP reporting my THREADS as spam and if you took money from me you have to HELP ! this is no game anymore but a nightmare!

I have recorded video and I will show today on YOUTUBE also DO NOT expect my youtube subscribers will purchase your "new" Fifa21 if you not fix!

I am now waiting 24h to fix else I do massive back-links with PROOF your GAME have been totally HACKED and controlled by someone else and players doesn't control own moves anymore!
