I would like to be refunded for all the progress I lost on the Neymar POTM SBC. I got kicked out of FUT while submitting the last squad required (89 rated) and when I managed to get back in the SBC had expired. It's not my fault and I lost close to 2 million coins liquid as well as pretty much every valuable player in my club. I would prefer to get my Neymar since I had technically completed the SBC and didn't get anything in return but if it's impossible I request refunding on the coins lost. I'm quarantined for the fourth week in a row here in Italy and all I wanted was to try out my new Neymar and now not only I can't, but I lost almost 2 million coins and I don't even know how many more in valuable players. I hope we can fix this inconvenience, looking forward to hear from someone available to help me through this.
