My keyboard controls switch
When I assign a key to a particular action, it doesn't do that action e.g when I assign "a" to shoot it crosses instead. This happens with all other keys I assign shoot to. This also happens with some other keys as well such as the key for the player switch. Instead of switching the player, it jockeys.

I deleted my profile settings from the FIFA 20 save directory and that seemed to solve the problem, however, I tried this yesterday by deleting my whole save data, but it didn't work so I'm not sure if this is a temporary solution to this.

Hi @Tbeast-D-Gam3r,
Super odd. Can you try going into the Customize Menu and then selecting Profile - Delete and then delete anything in there that isn't a save file. Then let me know if this persists?
