How to Link PC Origin account with Playstation?

How to link origin account to PSN? I have FIFA20 in my origin PC account and now I have bought it on my Playstation 4 but when I signed-in with my origin email on Playstation than it didn't bring back my old progress and I have to start my Ultimate Team from scratch although I have already played 400+ matches with my Ultimate Team on PC.

Your FUT progress is locked to the platform it was earned on, it's not one team across all platforms.
