@MadRedPirahnaI have already followed all the steps you have linked. The thing is that I can't find any advisor who actually does anything. My case was "escalated" to a senior team by one of these advisor but it's been three weeks and I still haven't received any communication from them. So, I am trying to find an advisor on here.

While Answer HQ is only a peer to peer help site, and not the official EA Customer Service site, and we cannot actually alter anything, we can give you advice on what to do if a user has issues like yours. You won't find an advisor here.

If you get hacked the first thing in my opinion you should do is to Reset Your Secret Question on that original account.  Hopefully you can do so. 

After resetting your security question you should follow These Instructions which tell you what to do if you've been hacked.

Then you should get a hold of an in game Game Advisor.
