i am the same, get kicked out of fut champs then manage to get back in and you have lost that game. this has been happening all weekend. it isn't on since it goes against the games oyu have left to play.

At first make sure that you have internet connection.
You may have some connection issues.

If those steps don't resolve the issue please run the UO trace in these steps http://bit.ly/EA_UOTrace under "Test Your Connection" and post the results so we can determine the cause of the connection problem.
