Missing packs and Group Rewards for Throwback Marquee Matchups SBC
I completed the throwback marquee matchups SBC yesterday at 12:00pm and did not receive packs for the Sevilla vs Real Betis challenge, Liverpool vs Chelsea challenge or the Group Reward. I therefore missed out on 3 packs:
Prime Electrum Players Pack
Rare Mixed Players Pack
Mega Pack
Has this happened to anyone before. I was on live chat with an EA support advisor for an hour with no solution (he stopped replying). What should I do?
